Enrolment is confirmed only on receipt of the applicable fee or first instalment, and issuance of a written confirmation by Akestech Infotec Pvt Ltd. Seats are limited per batch and allotted on a first-confirmed basis.
All published fees are in Indian Rupees. Unless expressly stated, fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. EMI and instalment options, where offered, are subject to a written schedule agreed at enrolment. Failure to pay an instalment by its due date may result in suspension of access until cleared.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days of approval.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required for certification and to qualify for our outcome commitments. We may withdraw a participant, without refund, for misconduct, breach of confidentiality, misuse of client data, or unauthorised changes to a live advertising account.
Access to live client accounts is a privilege earned through assessed performance, not an entitlement of enrolment. All participants must sign a non-disclosure undertaking before any exposure to client data. All changes to live accounts require prior approval from a designated supervisor.
We provide placement assistance, not a job guarantee. Our specific, measurable commitments and the eligibility conditions attached to them are published on our About page. We expressly do not guarantee employment, any minimum salary, or placement in any particular company, role or location. No employee or representative is authorised to give any such guarantee verbally.
Where a programme references contact hours and indicative credit equivalence, the award and recognition of academic credit rests solely with the participant's affiliating University or the competent regulatory authority. We provide compliant documentation; we do not and cannot guarantee credit.
All curriculum, recordings, courseware, templates and materials remain the exclusive property of Akestech Infotec Pvt Ltd. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for their own learning. Recording, redistribution, resale or public sharing of materials is prohibited and may result in withdrawal without refund and legal action.
Certificates are issued to participants meeting the attendance and assessment criteria, ordinarily within 15 days of programme completion. Certificates state total contact hours, project titles and training period, and are verifiable online.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or connected to any programme shall not exceed the fees actually received from the participant for that programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity or earnings.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration seated at Lucknow under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
