When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and where provided: college or company name, course of interest, year of study, city and your message. We also automatically record your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you submitted from, and any UTM campaign parameters.
By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding your enquiry and our programmes. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: our partner colleges where you enrolled through them; prospective employers where you have expressly joined the talent pool; and service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics). We may disclose data where required by law.
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact, and student records for as long as required for certification, verification and statutory purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email academy@akestech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
